quick recovery

The past two days were crappy! First it was Carrie, and then Jelynn, next is my Dad, Mom and Paulynn, followed by Jeslin and finally, I caught the fever. I should have seen it coming, but it all happened too fast. I was fine on Saturday morning when I woke up and made my way to choir practice, all the way till Dennis's meeting with the Pioneering leaders. I guess I caught this contagious disease from Jeslin, but it's weird how I can get it from her when my only contact point with her was less than 5 minutes that whole day. Well, maybe it wasn't her. Anyway, no wonder I had a loss of appetite for food. This is so rare! I just felt abit queasy and couldn't finish up some expensive food that I ordered from some HongKongRestaurant in VivoCity.

Okay, sidetrack abit. I went to Vivo to have a secondary school gathering with my girl clique. I really do miss them alot! Everytime we meet up, our plan never seemed to move away from having dinner and enjoying a long deep chats with each other. Hm, I complained about this, suggested if we could do something else next time, but thinking back, it's not such a bad thing afterall! I guess it's not very common to be able to talk with such ease and openness to each other despite the lack of communication for such a long time. So sad, Jewel wasn't able to make it :( Hm, never mind. Oh! The car ride to Bedok interchange was hilarious! We proved women just couldn't keep our mouths shut... somehow. Anyway, do hope to meet them out very soon :) Cheryl, you're next to plan our outing! Do a good job yo!

Okay, back to being-ill-story. On saturday night, Meng asked me if she could come over to my house so that I could teach her some work. I agreed, and Yingjie tagged along. At that point of time I didn't know I was sick, till I got home. Wa, I tell you, I feel terrible. After bathing, I tried to stay up later to help Meng with her stuff, but I just couldn't! She's so nice she asked me to go to bed. I vividly remembered it was around 3plus in the morning then. I felt so bad, yet can't-help-it feeling. I guess both Meng and Yingjie made a wasted trip. Next thing I know was my mum opened the door and said," oi. quickly go out and help one of your friends to cover up with her blanket. she's sleeping in a very unglam manner. i don't want pa to see it." Gosh! I quickly stood up and went out. It was 7plus in the morning. Guess who's the unglam woman? Meng? Or Yingjie? HAHA! It's Yingjie! Not only did she sleep with her mouth wide open, her hands... are placed... weirdly. Won't describe any further. Haha! And Meng, quite freaky. I stood beside her for less than 5 seconds and she opened her eyes suddenly and gave herself a shock. You should have seen her facial expression man! haha! I went back to sleep there and then, and woke up at 9plus finding both of them missing already.. oops.

up next in the schedule was going to WingTai's Nike Factory Outlet Sale with Jeslin and my eldest sister, Paulynn. Thank God! Just before we wanted to leave the house, my mum called to want to pass us the car for our use. How cool? God knew Jeslin and I wouldn't have the strength to travel to and forth by bus. Didn't get anything for ourselves, but sure am motivated to exercise! I need to keep fit! Singers are going to run every Friday know, whoa. Guess what? I went running with my eldest sister Paulynn today! I feel so good man. Besides knowing that i'm alittle healthier than before, besides knowing i can lose weight in the long run, i really want to take this opportunity to spend more time with my sister. she's always busy at work and in front of her laptop. HAHA! and i'm also busy with my own stuff. so it's quite rare that we're able to do things together, just the two of us. looking forward to our next run paulynn! (w/o jelynn this time! this is what happened.. jelynn tagged along at first. she was bubbly and all, till halfway nearing sirui's hse, she complained she got stomach ache and couldn't carry on. i knew that jeslin was at sirui's hse, so we wanted to look for jeslin to pass jelynn to her. wow.. just at tt point of time, we saw an 'angel', jeslin was walking towards our direction! such great timing! thank God! cos actually, i can't remember which floor sirui lives on. so we passed the cutie pie over to jeslin :))

I've got adorable sheep :) One got me a bottle of cooling water, a card, an apple, a packet of vitamin C sweets and a hotdog bun. One was the first to show concern and gave me instructions of my water intake. One ganged up with BALL and successfully gave me a mild heart attack. If I were 60 years old, i would have died there and then. HAHA! k not so bad la. One gave me a bottle of pomengranate juice drink, 1 box of cassis lakerol and 1 box of strawberry ricola :) Thanks to all those who showed love and concern as well - My dearest pretty shepherd Cheng, Jeslin Chen XiaoEn, EA1, BALL and Denise Leong :)

Monday - Youth day! It's so unfair, that poly students cannot participate in 'youth day'. I still had to go to school know. I could have taken MC but didn't cos of the nice disciplined pretty me! HAHA! just talking crap la. It was just 2 hrs of school, and i think taking MC would take up more than 2 hrs. such a waste of time. after school, i zoomed off to Downtown East E-hub's Superdog (Melissa termed it as SuperTalk, Gosh!) to find the rest. Next, we headed to Escape Themepark. The truth is, I never reall liked Escape because as compared to overseas themeparks, it's not really good I suppose. Right? Okay in any case, we didn't get to play many many rides due to bad weather conditions/ under irritating maintenance/ feeling nauseatic. Despite all these unforeseen negative circumstances, I still enjoyed the fellowship alot! See, it's never about the activities, but it's really about the people! With fun, lame, cute, gorgeous people from EA1, who can resist?! no one. HAHAHAHAHA. You should have seen all the funny faces like Melissa's lah.. or those who ran out from the haunted house..
